      Canadian Ad hoc Committee for the development of

               a neutral citation standard





Hello everyone,



        As promised, the working draft document is now 

available at http://www.lexum.umontreal.ca/citation/draft.rtf. Easy and

stimulating reading (or so the authors would like to think...).



        You will see in it that we found the Committee's name above rather a

mouthfull, and took the liberty of shorthening it somewhat, subject to

your approval.



        Not everyone on the Committee so far have informed me of 

their availability for the conference call next Wednesday at 13H00,

Montreal time. Those who haven't, please let me know if you can

participate.



        A web site is in the making. You can see it at
