Reporting to Lexum’s Editor, Senior Specialist, you will work to deliver services and projects that process, transform and enhance legal and other types of documents.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Perform data entry (manually and with automation) and document publication on a variety of Lexum-developed platforms;
  • Stylize documents and ensure quality of presentation and accessibility;
  • Handle, digitize and control the quality of printed materials;
  • Diagnose problems with the publishing cycle and document formatting, and ensure that they are taken care of;
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers;
  • Report urgent problems requiring different expertise;
  • Participate in the improvement of editorial processes;
  • Take charge of certain project deliverables, such as validating historical data imports and preparing sample data for language model training and evaluation.


  • Studies in legal technology, library science, information science or related fields;
  • Experience in electronic publishing or the legal field is considered an asset;
  • Bilingualism in French and English;
  • Good knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as common electronic image and text formats: PDF, HTML, etc.;
  • Dynamic and motivated personality;
  • Curious, autonomous and flexible;
  • Ability to work rigorously and meticulously, and in an environment with little supervision;
  • Interest in and ability to learn new tools, software and technologies;
  • Excellent team spirit.

About the Offer

We offer the following benefits and advantages:

  • Between $39,000 and $59,000 annually, depending on experience;
