An enthusiastic Senior Financial Executive with over 20 years of progressive finance and operational accounting experience in diverse strategic financial and business roles, Rosemary Capparelli’s expertise covers a great deal from the Canadian Transport and Technology Industry. Rosemary is Vice-President, Finance and Administration at Fednav Holdings Inc. Prior to this, she spent a decade at Air Canada as Head of Finance for Air Canada Rouge. Rosemary was involved in the start-up and creation of the leisure airline. She built and led cross-functional teams and developed and implemented financial structures and systems while negotiating start-up contracts.
Prior to her time at Air Canada, Rosemary held a variety of financial roles at Motorola, Pfizer and Lockheed Martin.
She currently serves on the CPA Quebec Board of Directors and is a member of the Audit Committee.
Rosemary is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has recently completed Digital Transformation and Sustainability Leadership training at the London School of Business. Her passion for the Technology industry and her expertise in strategic financial positions make her an invaluable asset to the board.
