Lexum was selected by the Judiciary of Rwanda for designing the Rwanda Law Reports (RLR) composed of judicial opinions from case law decided mostly by the Rwanda higher courts. Pierre-Paul Lemyre, Director of Business Development of Lexum is currently in Kigali to lead the design and development of the RLR, drafting the editorial policies and training of judicial officers.  Ultimately the project should lead to the regular online dissemination of the RLR, as well as the publishing of a paper-based version of the reports.
