Lexum is pleased to announce that the BC Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal (BCEAAT) has opted to use Decisia to provide access to its decisions online.
Decisia will enable the BCEAAT to standardize how public and legal professionals get online access to the tribunals’ decisions, making it easy for users to conduct advanced legal research across all topics covered by the tribunal. BCEAAT users will benefit from Decisia’s smart full text search feature combined with new advanced filters.
The Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal provides an independent and accessible appeal process that delivers timely and fair decisions reviewing of Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction determinations in regards to income and disability assistance and Ministry of Children and Family Development determinations in regards to child care subsidies.
