The Toronto Stock Exchange Implements the Decisia-Qweri Bridge for its Issuer Resources

In a recent post we highlighted the improved integration between Lexum’s products that we have been working on over the last few months.  The implementation of one of Lexum’s latest client, TMX Group, illustrates how Decisia and Qweri now seamlessly blend together.

TMX implemented Decisia to improve access to a wide range of rules and guidelines helping issuers maintain their listings on the TSX exchange. These documents include staff notices, forms, notices of approval, and request for comment.  All of them are available in PDF, and a selection are also provided in their original MS Word file format as well as HTML. Decisia provides full text search across the entire database of resources.

Among these public resources is the TSX Company Manual which TMX opted to publish using Qweri due to its longer size and more complex structure.  Thanks to Qweri the TSX Manual benefits from infinite scrolling, a dynamic table of contents displayed in a side panel, full text search within the document, availability of an ePub version, and the capacity of printing a selection of elements from the table of contents.

The Decisia-Qweri bridge makes it possible for clients like TMX to get the most out of two distinct types of platforms: the first one designed for the management of online legal databases, and the second designed for interactive online manuals.

TMX operates global markets (such as the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange, and the Montréal Exchange), and builds digital communities and analytic solutions that facilitate the funding, growth and success of businesses, traders and investors.
