This year, we embraced change in a big way. We refreshed our visual identity, launched a brand-new website, and — perhaps most significantly — brought our core products together into one powerful platform: Norma. This unification wasn’t just a technical upgrade; it was a leap forward in how we support our clients and deliver added value to users.
Along the way, we had the pleasure of welcoming new clients and partners into our community, kicking off exciting new initiatives, and continuing to push the boundaries of how technology can transform legal publishing. And to cap it all off, we were honoured to be recognized as one of the Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces globally and one of Montreal’s Top Employers — proud moments that reminded us how much heart and talent goes into everything we do.
But above all, this year was defined by the people. The trust of our clients. The collaboration of our partners. The dedication of our amazing team. You’ve all helped shape what 2025 looked like for Lexum — and for that, we’re genuinely grateful.
