Originally from France, Maxime moved to Quebec in 2015 after completing two master’s degrees in law, which led him to collaborate with leading professional organizations.

This rigorous legal training sharpened his understanding of governance, compliance and regulated environments; assets that naturally nurtured his transition to business development and legal technologies. Attracted by innovation and strategic challenges, he went on to build a career spanning more than ten years in B2B sales and SaaS. He distinguished himself by his ability to structure growth, develop new markets and guide teams towards sustainable performance, always with an approach rooted in listening, analysis and collaboration.

At DiliTrust, a recognized international player in LegalTech, he puts this expertise into practice by supporting the legal departments of major organizations.
